Casa Rosada, the flagship Costa Ventures property, is a 5 bedroom / 4 bath home in Sandpoint with ocean and lagoon views and a wrap around deck on 3 sides of the house. The calendar is updated with each rental and available dates show when the house is available.
If you are interested in renting this great property please follow the VRBO instructions for secure booking. VRBO collects both the 6% State Occupancy tax required for short term rentals as well as the 7% Occupancy tax for the City of Port Aransas.
It is just a short walk to the beach or the Beach Lodge, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in Port Aransas, from this new, gorgeous, fully furnished, 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath house with ocean & lagoon views and two master suites and 2 living areas.
This fantastic new 2 story home has it all with a covered back deck and back patio, stainless appliances, 8 top table, bar top, wireless hi-speed internet, and flat screen televisions in every room! Perfect for two families or a party of 10-14, the home has 2 master suites in the rear of the home which share a covered balcony with lagoon and ocean views. There is another bedroom on the second floor with it's own full bath, and 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a full bath. There is also a sleeper soft in both the upstairs and the downstairs living rooms.
There is a large open large living area on the second floor with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area. The front covered deck also features ocean views.
The home is located just a few steps from the Beach Lodge, the only breakfast and hamburger joint on the beach in Port A. The 1 car garage is available for guest to use. There is also an outdoor shower and charcoal BBQ grill in the rear of the house.
The popular Sandpoint subdivision is in town and close enough to bike to town for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities.
The home features gulf views from the front and rear second level decks and an ocean view and a lagoon from the rear covered deck.
The bed configuration is: One upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. Both master bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on the second level has two twin beds. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. There are also full size sleeper sofas that can be used in the living rooms - one in each living area.
Please note that the two downstairs bedrooms and bath of each house are accessed via a separate entrance from the outside of the home and there are not stairs inside the home.
The beach is about 250 yards from the house at the end of the subdivision.
This is a pet friendly property with a daily fee per pet. There is no smoking allowed in the house.
